DEPOSIT POLICY

• A deposit of 1st night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking
• The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival
• If booking is made inside of 30 days, the full amount will be applied at the time of booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the reservation is cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, 1st night’s room and tax will be charged

• If the reservation is cancelled inside 30 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable
